Clarence Penny Jr., a proud native of Stockton, California, was more than a colleague — he was a trusted business partner, a loyal friend, and a man whose warmth and kindness touched every life he encountered. Clarence was a loving life partner, devoted father to his 22-year-old son, caring stepfather to his 14-year-old stepson, a beloved son, and a true friend to all. Family and friendship were at the heart of everything he did, and his compassion extended to everyone around him.

Before becoming a business partner with Insurance Group of Nevada Corp, Clarence worked at Consolidated Resorts as a mailroom clerk. Through perseverance and an unwavering dedication to excellence, he grew into a respected professional who brought loyalty, respect, and heart into every aspect of his work. At Insurance Group of Nevada, Clarence’s steady presence, office management skills, and sense of humor made him not only a valued partner but a cherished member of our family.

Clarence passed away on November 4, 2021. Though his passing left an emptiness in our hearts, his spirit continues to live on in the laughter, lessons, and love he shared. His legacy is one of integrity, friendship, and deep care for others — values that continue to inspire everyone fortunate enough to have known him.

A widower since September 2001, Jai embodies strength, resilience, and compassion in all that he does. He brings fresh ideas and innovative thinking to his work, helping clients achieve meaningful results. Currently, Jai is focused on real estate investment opportunities that support Insurance Group of Nevada’s long-term growth and sustainability.
