The rates below is a sample of what you could expect to pay for in Nevada. Actual rates may vary based on business industry, company size, underwriting and claims experience, and average age of the group.

The tobacco surcharge is estimated to increase premiums of approximately 50%

Employer contribution must meet 50% of the total cost of a SHOP health Insurance plan.

Employers may receive tax credit for offering SHOP health insurance plan to its employees. 

It is strongly advised to discuss the tax credit and tax deduction from offering health insurance to employees with a certified accountant (CPA).
